In the case of future changes to our Privacy Policy, you (the user) will be notified to ensure that you understand the details of and reasons for such changes.

Information You Provide to Us

When you use our services or create a profile by registering with us, SaveMemory may collect your personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, and gender. SaveMemory may also ask you to provide other information about yourself, your spouse, children, inheritor(s), your assets and your will. This information is collected in order for SaveMemory to provide you, the user, the best possible experience on our application and to be able to pass on information to your selected inheritor(s) when the time comes.
We may collect personal information about your inheritor(s) that you submit to us, including his/her name(s), gender(s), date of birth and photo(s). Information provided about your inheritor(s), your messages, audio files, images, videos, and other documents/files will be securely protected.
SaveMemory will never disclose your personal information to a third party unless we have received consent from you (the user).

Whenever you visit our website or interact with our services, SaveMemory, as well as its third-party advertisers and/or service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically collect information about how our services are accessed and used.
We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our services. This includes information such as your hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information.
We collect information about your online activity and status, such as whether you are online (your “online status”), when you last used our services (your “last seen status”), and when you last updated your status message.

For any services that are linked to a third-party service, SaveMemory may provide your personal information to such third parties with your consent.

Your personal information may be used by us or shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates and other entities in the family of companies controlled by SaveMemory for internal reasons, primarily for business and operation purposes.
c. With valid documents from a third party service.
Unless a person produces a valid document (such as a relationship certificate and/or other legal documents), we will not disclose your details.

Update to our Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of the inheritor is especially important to SaveMemory and due to the nature of our services, we collect personal information about your inheritor(s). However, we do not disclose the details unless we have been authorized by you (the user) and have been given appropriate documents.

Inheritor(s)’s Information

Any information that is collected via our services is covered by the privacy policy. We may revise this policy over time. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you of these changes by posting them on our Services page and/or by sending you an email or other notification, and we will update the “Last Update” section on the SaveMemory website and app to indicate when those changes become effective.
